RUPGANJ, NARAYAGANJ: Police arrested two Jamaat activists from Charitaluk area under Rupganj upazila of the district on Wednesday night.
The arrestees are---- Azizur Rahman, 48, son of late Foyezur Rahman of and Abdul Mazed, 35, son of Hafizuddin of Charitaluk area.
Bhulta Police Outpost SI Selim Mia told banglanews, “They were arrested in police attack and vehicles vandalizing cases around 10:30pm.”
He said, “The arrestees were planning for subversive acts during the hartal. They will be sent to Narayanganj court on Thursday.”
