KURIGRAM: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) personnel held an Indian national from Fulbari frontier on Monday midnight.
The detainee is Ukil Sarkar, 42, of Koch Bihar district in India.
BGB and local sources said BGB patrolling team held him while he was moving suspiciously near international border pillar-942 in Kashipur frontier around 11pm.
Confirming the matter Kashipur BGB Camp Company Commander Mohammad Ali told banglanews, “He will be sent to jail through the court filed on Tuesday morning after filing a case against him.”
