DHAKA: Opposition BNP Acting Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir on Sunday said if his party would try all crimes against humanity if they are voted to power.
The spokesperson for the party came up with the assertion while addressing a rally organized for demanding caretaker government at in front of party’s Nayapaltan central office.
He said, “The incumbent government has failed in all sectors. It destroyed all fundamental organizations of the country. It is now doing conspiracy to cover up its failures.
Indicating the party men, he said, “You have to resist all the misdeeds of the government.”
Mirza Fakhrul also claimed that the failure government cannot try the killers Biswajit and persons embezzled crores of money in the name of Padma Bridge project, Hall-Mark scandal, Destiny, quick rental power plant.
So, the plunderer government has no right to hold power, he said.
