4000 yaba seized in Cox’s Bazar

COX’S BAZAR: Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized some 4000 yaba tablets from a cattle-laden truck on Cox’s Bazar-Teknaf road of the district on Wednesday.

BGB-17 Battalion commanding officer Lt Colonel M Khalekuzzaman told banglanews that BGB personnel raided a cattle-laden truck in the area and seized 4020 yaba tablets.

The approximate price of the seized yaba tablets is about Tk 81 lakh, he added.

BGB also seized the truck and the cattle but they could not detain anybody in this connection.
