DHAKA: Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) has been grilling the Jatiya Party (JP) presidium member and elected lawmaker from Dhaka-6 constituency Kazi Firoz Rashid on Thursday on allegations of misappropriating a house at Dhanmondi area in city through fraudulence.

ACC deputy director Zulfiqur Ali started quizzing the lawmaker at the ACC headquarters in city at 10:30am.

A notice was sent to Kazi Firoz Rashid in this regard on August 10.

Allegations said the JP lawmaker misappropriated the house at Dhanmondi residential area by setting up a person as donor.

Owner of the house was the then Prime Minister of Pakistan Mohammad Ali.
