DHAKA: The lone exposition of the country’s automotive industry “Dhaka Bike Show” has kicked off in the city on Thursday (Mar 14).

Industries Minister Nurul Majid Mahmud Humayun inaugurated the expo at Hall-2 of the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB).

The three-day expo will remain open to all from 10:30am to 8:00pm each day till Mar 16.

As many as 265 companies from 16 countries are participating in this year’s Dhaka Motor Show.

Suzuki, TVS, Subaru, HoZu, Power, Leifan, Keway, Aprilia, Spider and other famous bikes and car manufacturing companies have participated in this three-day show.

Earlier on March 5, President & Group Managing Director of CEMS-Global USA and Asia-Pacific Meherun N Islam opened the schedule at a press briefing held at ERF Office in Paltan Tower, Dhaka.

The events have been segmented as 14th Dhaka Motor Show 2019, 5th Dhaka Bike Show 2019, 4th Dhaka Auto Parts Show 2019 and 3rd Dhaka Commercial Automotive Show 2019, Meherun N Islam also said.
