DHAKA: Mercantile Bank Limited (MBL) is going to award talented young bankers for their outstanding performances in banks and to inspire them to become the future leaders of the banking sector. 

Any Bangladeshi banker working in private commercial bank who has 5 to 12 years experience can apply through Bank’s website www.mblbd.com by May 05 to May 07, 2019, said a press release of the bank. 

Considering academic background, working experience, professional training, MBL authority will select top 1000 candidates for MCQ test. 

Top five bankers will be selected by an independent Jury Board comprising of country’s leading and prominent bankers. 

The ‘MBL Young Bankers’ Appreciation Award 2019’, will be handed over to top five talented young bankers at a programme to be organized in a befitting manner.

Top 5 talented young bankers each will be appreciated with cash reward of Tk. 2,00,000 and Certificate of Appreciation. 

This is the 2nd edition of the competition. Mercantile Bank awarded 5 bankers in 2018 through this competition.
