DHAKA: Finance Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal on Wednesday (May 8) said the next budget will be placed giving priority to people from all walks of life. 

"The budget is being made by prioritizing the countrymen. This time's budget will be for each of the people, for the country's development," he said.

The minister was talking to the reporters after holding a meeting of the Cabinet Committee on Public Purchase, at the cabinet conference room.   

He further said that this year's budget will help each of the sectors flourish further.

AHM Mustafa Kamal, however, didn't disclose anything about the size of the budget.

"All it needs is to wait," he said.
