A youth was killed after losing control of his motorcycle in Naogaon on Friday (Dec 02) morning.

The deceased was identified as Bakkar, 33, son of Shahid of Harishpur village at Meerut union in Raninagar Upazila of the district.

The accident happened in the Switch Gate Bridge area of Shailgachi Union of Naogaon Sadar Upazila.

According to locals, Bakkar was moving towards the hospital with his motorbike to see two injured people, on the way he lost control of his bike and hit a roadside tree, where he was critically wounded.

However, he was rushed to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to injury.

Sadar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Faisal Bin Ahsan confirmed the matter to Banglanews.
