A motorcyclist was killed and another was seriously injured in a head-on collision with Votvoti in Chapainawabganj. 

The accident took place at Tongpara Junction of Jhilim Union of Sadar Upazila around 4 pm on Sunday (Dec 4).

The deceased was identified as Md. Masum Ali, 25, injured was identified as Md. Alamin.

Chapainawabganj Sadar Model Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Alamgir Jahan confirmed the matter.

He said that the body will be handed over to the family members after necessary legal procedures.
