DHAKA: Two books of road transport and bridges minister Obaidul Quader will be available in the upcoming Ekushey Book Fair, to begin from February 1 on Bangla Academy premises in city.

Publishing house ‘Somoy’ will bring the books, an autobiography titled ‘Sob Mone Nei’ and a novel ‘Gangchil’, designed by Dhruba Esh.

Somoy owner and publisher Farid Ahmed said that the autobiography will be a revised and extended version of his previous book, written in prison.

Moreover, the newly published autobiography will add his memories of three years in ministry.

On the novel ‘Gangchil’, the publisher said that it will be a romantic fiction presenting socio-cultural life of remote char-areas of Noakhali.
