The coronavirus (COVID-19) death toll has reached 704,652 as 18,721,307 people have been infected worldwide till 2:30 pm on Wednesday (August 05, Bangladesh Time), according to data from the worldometer.

Besides, a total of 11,936,545 people have recovered worldwide from the disease.

A total of 213 countries and territories and two international conveyances have been infected in the deadly disease.

In USA, 4,918,770 people have been infected with the disease. Of them, 160,318 people have died and 2,482,899 people have recovered. Active cases are 2,275,553.

In Brazil, 2,808,076 people have been infected with coronavirus. Of them, 96,096 patients have died and 1,970,767 recovered.

In Mexico, 449,961 people have been affected with coronavirus. Of them, 48,869 died and 300,254 recovered from the disease.

In UK, 306,293 people have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of them, 46,299 patients have died.

In India, 1,910,681 people have been affected with coronavirus. Of them, 39,856 people have died and 1,282,917 people have recovered from the disease.

In Italy, 248,419 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 35,171 people have died and 200,766 people have recovered. 

In France, 1,92,334 people have been infected with the disease. Of them, 30,296 patients have died and 82,166 patients have recovered.

In Spain, 349,894 patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus. Of them, 28,498 have died in the country. 

In Peru, 439,890 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 20,007 have died and 302,457 have recovered.

In Iran, 314,786 people have been infected with coronavirus. Of them, 17,617 patients have died and 272,535 patients have recovered. 

In Russia, 866,627 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 14,490 have died and 669,026 have recovered.

In Belgium, 70,648 people have been affected with coronavirus. Of them, 9,852 people have died and 17,639 people have recovered from the disease.

In Colombia, 334,979 people have been affected with coronavirus. Of them, 11,315 people have died and 180,258 people have recovered from the disease.

In Chile, 362,962 people have been affected with coronavirus. Of them, 9,745 people have died and 336,330 people have recovered from the disease.

In Germany, 213,080 people have been affected with Covid-19 disease. Of them, 9,239 patients have died and 1,94,700 people have recovered.

In Canada, 117,792 people have been infected from the disease. Of them, 8,958 people have died and 102,450 have recovered.

In South Africa, 521,318 people have been infected from the disease. Of them, 8,884 people have died and 363,751 have recovered.

In China, 84,491 people have been infected in the disease. Of them, 4,634 people have died and 79,047 have recovered. Active cases are 810.

In Bangladesh, 246,674 people have been infected with coronavirus. Of them, 3,267 people died and 141,750 patients have recovered.

The World Health Organization declared the coronavirus crisis a pandemic on March 11.
