Another case was filed against Evaly's CEO Mohammad Rassel and chairman Shamima Nasrin on charges of embezzling product supplier's money.

Kamrul Islam, a businessman, filed the case with Dhanmondi Police Station on Friday night accusing 12 named and 15-20 unnamed persons.

According to case statement, he supplied goods worth around Tk 35 lakh but Evaly did not pay him the money. Instead, the Evaly authorities issued threats to him while he demanded the payment, it added. 

OC Ekram Ali Mia confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

Evaly CEO Mohammad Rassel and his wife Evaly Chairman Shamima Nasrin were arrested after a customer Arif Baker had filed a fraud case with Gulshan police station accusing them.
