The prize-giving ceremony of the MSI quiz competition was held at a sophisticated restaurant in the capital on Saturday (June 25).

Whiteshell Limited, as the distributor of MSI products in Bangladesh, organized the program. Ms. Habiba Nasrin Rita, Managing Director of Whiteshell, handed over the prize among the winners as the guest of the ceremony. 

More than 500 contestants participated in this quiz competition, including students and professionals across the country. The three-round competition started on February 20, 2022, and got a huge response from the participants. 

The winner of the final rounds is Azmanul Abedin Aumi, Department of Computer Science & Engineering, BRAC University. 

The first runner-up is Syed Ariful Islam, Civil Engineer, Sumitomo MITSUI Construction Company LTD., and the second runner-up is Bipu Alam Emon, University of Asia Pacific. Different MSI products were distributed among the winners, and the event was a successful one to mention.

Sharing the experience of the journey towards win, Azmanul Abedin from BRAC University said that there are many things which make the quiz different from most other competitions; It had different segments where at first it only had a quiz, in the second part there was review writing, and it ended with a question and answer session about MSI products. 

“I really enjoyed the 2nd session as I did not know how to write a review but learned during the process,” he added. 

About the Competition Habiba Nasrin said, we have arranged such a contest to make our youth aware of the positive use of technology and tech devices. 

Besides, we think such arrangements help them to get an idea about the ICT industry and job opportunities that they can do during their student life. She added.  

And they have already learned to write a review during the contest, which is also a skill to earn.

Finally, such experience as writing a review enables them to get a job soon after completing their education.
