DHAKA: Opposition BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir threatened to paralyze the country from Monday if election commission declares schedule of 10th general election without CG on the day.

He came up with the warning while addressing a 18-party rally at Suhrawardy Udyan in the capital on Friday afternoon.

Opposition BNP-led 18-party alliance staged the rally in protest against ‘unconstitutional’ formation of all-party poll-time government and to press demand for non-partisan government.
