DHAKA: State Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs Advocate Quamrul Islam on Thursday said the verdict of Quader Molla would be executed within very short span of time.

The ruling Awami League lawmaker came up with the assertion at secretariat after the full verdict of Quader Molla released.

He said, “Now there is no binding to execute Quader Molla’s verdict. The verdict will be executed within a shot time.”

In response to a question over the possible time of execution, he said, “Just wait and see.”

The state minister also said Quader Molla can beg life from the President before his execution.

Meanwhile, Quader Mollah was shifted to Dhaka Central to from the Kashimpur jail.
