Bashundhara Cement has held an annual sales conference aimed at empowering sales through innovation and strategy to inspire the stakeholders in the supply chain of the brand.

Safwan Sobhan, vice-chairman of Bashundhara Group, recently inaugurated the conference at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB), according to a press release.

Over 300 members of the sales force took part in the day-long meet-up to strive towards unprecedented growth and innovation.

Bashundhara Group Senior Deputy Managing Director Mohammad Mustafizur Rahman and Deputy Managing Director KM Zahid Uddin talked about planned, disciplined and scientific sales calls and salesmanship.

Shahed Zahid, chief operating officer of Middle East and Africa Division and Chief Sales Officer Shah Jamal Sikder shared insights on sales operations, target setting and other sales aspects.

Deputy General Manager Salahuddin Biswas took a session on corporate customer handling for boosting cement sales.

From Bashundhara Group, Sector C Chief Operating Officer Mirja Mujahidul Islam, Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Kamrul Hassan, Head of Human Resource Mohammad Imran Bin Ferdous and Head of Marketing Mohammad Alauddin were also present at the programme.

Throughout the conference, attendees engaged in lively discussions, workshops, and networking sessions, forging new connections and exploring opportunities for collaboration.
