DHAKA: Key share price index at both Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) also witnessed positive trends on Wednesday, maintaining continuity with the past two days.

However, DSEX, the prime index of DSE, reached at 4,992.00 points by 2:35pm, starting from 4,932.89 points in the morning.

KEYACOSMET topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 227 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were TITASGAS, SAPORTL, SQURPHARMA, ABBANK, BXPHARMA, WMSHIPYARD, GP, JAMUNAOIL and MPETROLEUM.

On the other hand, the port city bourse, CSE, also maintained a positive trend with its Selective Category Index, CSCX, despite of a sudden fall for few moments in the noon.

The index, which was in 1,008.75 points at 10:30am, reached up to 1,123.80 points while closing the day’s trading.
