DHAKA: Key share price indexes at both Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) witnessed a mixed trend on Monday.

Sources told banglanews that though, the both bourses were witnessing positive trends in the early hours of trading but later the price index of DSE and CSE went down.

However, after starting with 4,930.25 points at 9:30am, DSEX, the prime index of the DSE, reached to 4,949.28 points by one and a half hours in the morning.

But, later it started to go down and stood at 4,930.00 points at 2:35pm before closing the trading.

After closing the trading, BXPHARMA topped the turnover list with shares worth Tk 185 million having changed hands.

The other turnover leaders were SAPORTL, HFL, KEYACOSMET, QSMDRYCELL, SQURPHARMA, RNSPIN, BEXIMCO, GP and BDTHAI.

On the other hand, the port city bourse, CSE, starting from 1,109.00 in the morning, came to 1,109.75 at 2:35pm, in its Selective Category Index, CSCX, despite of some great falling, which were recovered soon after the fall.
