DHAKA: A three-day ‘Business Software Showcase’, to be organized by Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) in cooperation with ICT Business Promotion Council (IBPC), will begin in the city from December 11.

A press conference, held at BASIS office in Karwan Bazar, told the media on Tuesday.

The exposition, which aims the development in readymade garments (RMG) sector, will remain open to all from 10:00am to 8:00pm till December 13 at BCS Computer City at Agargaon.

The conference further informed the media that some 10 software companies would participate at the fair, to be inaugurated by BGMEA president Atiqul Islam at 10:00am on December 11.

BASIS general secretary Uttam Kumar Paul, joint-general secretary Mostafizur Rahman Sohel and BASIS standing committee on local market development committee chairman, Rashed Kamal and its co-chairman Gopal Debnath, also business software showcase convener, were among others present at the press meet.
