American CIP Kali Pradeep sees Rupayan City Uttara project

KPC Group Chairman American CIP Dr Kali Pradeep Chowdhury has inspected the country's first premium mega-gated community Rupayan City Uttara project built by Rupayan Group.

“I am satisfied to be here. This project is a world-class project which is comparable to any project in the world”, KPC Group Chairman said after inspecting the project site on Monday.

He added, “I feel very good. Such housing has been developed in Dhaka whose design is beautiful”.

Appreciating the architectural style of Rupayan City Uttara, he said that the way it was built; people will be able to breathe here which will work as a hospital for everyone. He also added that it is an excellent project.

He thanked Liaquat Ali Kha, Chairman of Rupayan Group, for building such a beautiful project.

“The chairman of Rupayan Group, he (Mukul) is a Metaphor of our country. He is transforming our country,” he said.

Before inspecting the project, he looked at the model of the project and asked various questions. As well as giving some advice from his personal life experience. During this time he visited the community club, super shop, mosque, Avenue Road of the project. After inspecting the whole project, he said, 'It is more beautiful in reality than the model. He also thanked Mahir Ali Khan Ratul, Vice Chairman of Rupayan Group for creating the project so efficiently.

He was later awarded the Crest of Honour by the Rupayan Group. He toured the entire project for about two hours.

Rupayan Group Chairman Liaquat Ali Mukul, Vice Chairman Mahir Ali Khan Ratul, Vice Chairman Ali Akbar Khan Ratan, Rupayan Group Adviser Capt. PJ Ullah, Rupayan Group Adviser and Head of Operations (Maxus) Sadat Hossain Selim, Adviser Brigadier General Ahsan Habib, DMD of Rupayan City Uttara Mahbubur Rahman, Director (Operations) of Rupayan Construction Limited Lt. Col. Kabir Uddin Ahmed and other officials of the group were present.
