At least six students of Viqarunnisa Noon School & College suddenly fell sick on Wednesday (June 7) due to the ongoing scorching heat.

However, the students were immediately taken to a nearby hospital.

College principal Keka Roy Chowdhury confirming the matter to Banglanews said six students of the main campus fell ill after not being able to bear this ongoing heat. 

She said the students were of class XI, later, they returned home after treatment.

This situation took place due to ongoing heatwave, this will be informed to the college management, she added.
