Academic activities and classes at all the secondary-level educational institutions- schools, colleges, madrasas, and technical educational institutions resumed today following a break due to severe heat conditions.

"The institutions are being opened subjected to the conditions published earlier on April 25 by the secondary and higher secondary division", said a press release signed by the Ministry's Public Relations Officer (PRO) MA Khair yesterday.

However, daily assemblies at these institutions will remain suspended until the heat wave becomes tolerable.

Besides, other activities at the educational institutions, which are done outside the classrooms or require sun exposure, will remain limited.
