A recent commercial of Coca-Cola Bangladesh which was heavily criticized has been removed from the YouTube today (June 11).
It was observed that the ad was no longer available on Coca-Cola's official YouTube channel.
On Sunday (June 9), Coca-Cola aired a commercial on YouTube. Later, the ad was heavily criticized in social media platform because the content draws Israel and Palestine matter.
The commercial advertised that Coca-Cola is manufactured in 193 countries and has a factory in Palestine. Besides, the matter that is known as Israeli company is a complete rumor.
Following which the characters in the advertisement faced backlash from the audiences.
After facing the backlash from the people in social media, the lead characters Saraf Ahmed Zibon and Shimul Sharma responded through their Facebook handle.
