DHAKA UNIVERSITY: BRAC University and Dhaka University have become winner and runner up respectively in the 10th National Henry Dunant Memorial Moot Court Competition.

The winners were handed over the prizes at the closing ceremony of the 3-day long competition at Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Hall at Dhaka University on Saturday evening.

Some 20 team from private and public universities took part in the competition.

Supreme Court senior lawyer advocate Dr. Kamal Hossain, DU Law faculty dean Professor Taslima Mansur, International Committee of the  Red Cross (ICRC) legal advisor Dr Anuradha Saibaba, DU Law department chairman Shahnaj Huda attended the function.

DU Law department and ICRC jointly organized the competition. This year’s winners will visit Iran, financing by ICRS.
