DHAKA: The admission process of Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University (SAU) for session 2014-15 started which will continue till September 31.

The admission test will begin at 10:00am on November 14.

There are 350 seats in Agriculture faculty, 75 in Agro-Business Management and 75 in Veterinary Medicine faculty in the varsity.

Students of Humanities Group, science group and commerce group have to get minimum GPA 3.00 in HSC and equivalent examinations in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology to apply in the varsity.

Admission Committee Member Secretary Dr Anwarul Islam said that all types of electronic device including mobile phone, calculator will not be allowed in the examination hall.

The question papers will be made such type as if any calculator would not be needed, he added.
