DHAKA UNIVERSITY: Several syndicates have innovated novel techniques to leak out the Dhaka university Honors first year admission test this year though using latest micro Bluetooth device technology.

These syndicates are making deals of Tk 3-5 lakh contracts per admission seeker with the surety of admission.

An investigation of banglanews has revealed this sensational secret.

The admission test of Business Faculty (GA unit) of 2014-15 session will be held on Friday. The examination will be held on DU campus and other twenty one centers of the capital city.

After investigation it was known that these syndicates have adopted the techniques of leaking questions using latest and powerful micro Bluetooth device.

The vicious circle will make contacts through Bluetooth device with the examinees during examination, learnt from the telephonic conversations of the concerned parties.

The examinees will carry a micro device through which they will be able to contact outside device.

As the device is too small so it will be not visible even it can be fixed with veil or hijab. The male examinee can hide with the long hair. Those having short hair they can fix it with a bandage or head band in the excuse of sick.

The sick will carry medical certificate in support of their claim. They will use signal language as normal speech can bring problem for communication.

It is learnt that they will inform the outside helper about the set of the question as there will be number of sets in the examination.

If the examinee gets ‘KA” set question he will make mild cough sound, two sound for ‘KHA’, three sounds for ‘GA’ and four mild cough sounds will indicate ‘GHA’ set. Thus the helpers will know the wanting and the answers will be transmitted through the device.

As the security arrangement on the DU campus will be stronger the syndicates will target the outside centers.

For preparing answers meanwhile several coaching centers have been engaged.

When contacted the ‘GA’ unit chief coordinator and dean of business faculty professor Dr Shibli Rubaityatul Islam told banglanews, “ all necessary security measures have been taken so that question paper does not go out or get leakage. All centers will be kept under strict vigilance and moreover one DU invigilator will be stationed at each center.”

University Proctor Professor Amjad Hossain told Banglanews that we will adopt highest care to check leaking of question papers. Every body will be physically searched while they enter the examination hall. Female teachers will be instructed to search the female candidates.

When asked about setting any machine to detect electronic device he replied that it will be set in the next years if necessary but not this year.

There are allegations that the syndicates have an unholy alliance with ruling party student leaders.
