DHAKA: The certificate awarding ceremony of Batch 4 of Advanced Certificate in Business Administration (ACBA), a joint offering by the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka, was held at the Nabab Nawab Ali Chowdhury Senate Bhaban in city on Sunday.

A press release made the disclosure on Sunday.

The Pro Vice Chancellor of University of Dhaka Professor Dr. Nasreen Ahmad was the Chief Guest of the ceremony.

Chief Guest Professor Dr Nasreen Ahmad encouraged the students to always pursue knowledge and said that, to be truly successful, one must observe, analyze and learn from past mistakes as well as connect with future possibilities.

An atmosphere of sheer joy and pride prevailed as the participants collected the certificate.

The Director of IBA, Professor Iqbal Ahmad, chaired the graduation session.

Former president of Association of Management Development Institution in South Asia (AMDISA) graced the occasion as special guests.

The Deans of different Faculties, Members of IBA Board of Governance, IBA faculty members and important corporate personalities were present at the ceremony which celebrated the progress the participants have made during their course and inspired them to achieve more.  

Dr M Mohiuddin, Co-ordinator ACBA & Chairperson, MDP Program and Sutapa Bhattachargee, Assistant Professor, IBA also spoke on the occasion.
