DHAKA: Admission tests for MBBS of 2016-17 session will be held at October 7 and BDS on November 4.

The decision was taken in a meeting on MBBS and BDS admission tests at health ministry on Sunday (August 21).

Meeting sources said that students will need in total GPA-9 from SSC and HSC examinations.

Health minister Mohammed Nasim chaired the meeting, attended by state minister Dr Zahid Maleque, secretary Syed Mazurul Islam, Bangladesh Medical research Council chairman Professor Dr Syed Modasser Ali, BSMMU vice chancellor Professor Dr Qamrul Hasan Khan, Bangladesh Medical Association president Professor Dr Mahmud Hasan, among others.
