DHAKA: Bangladesh Primary School Teachers’ Association announced movement demanding implementation of 11th grade for assistant teachers and 10th grade for headmasters.

As a part of their movement, they will form human chain at Upazila level across the country on September 19. On September 28, they will form human chain in front of the national Press Club in the capital and a march towards Prime Minister Office.

However, if their demands are not met, they will go for uninterrupted movement from October 1 onwards.

President Atiqur Rahman Atiq of the primary teachers’ association came up with the declaration at a press conference at the Sagor-Runi conference room of Dhaka Reporters’ Unity in the capital on Friday (September 13).
