Iconic rock star James, popularly known as "Nagor Baul," is set to mesmerize fans with his performance at a concert in Dhaka on Friday (November 15).

The event, named Dhaka Retro, will take place at Sena Prangon inside the Dhaka Cantonment. Sharing his excitement, James posted on his verified Facebook account earlier, saying, “My beloved city Dhaka, take my love. See you on November 15.” The much-awaited concert is scheduled to be held today.

Three other renowned bands—Ark, Miles, and Dalchhut—will also perform alongside James on the same stage.

The concert is dedicated to the memory of late band legend Ayub Bachchu. 

It was initially scheduled to take place on October 18 at the Dhaka Arena in Purbachal but was postponed due to venue changes. The organizers cited enhanced security measures for the audience as the reason for the rescheduling, after which today’s date was finalized.

A special tribute performance will honor Ayub Bachchu during the event. The tribute will feature Warfaze’s Mizan, D Rockstar Shuvo, and two former members of LRB.

The concert is set to begin at 3 PM and will continue until 10 PM. Fans of Bangladeshi rock music are eagerly awaiting this unforgettable night of music and nostalgia.
