DHAKA: Some four Bangladeshi nationals were killed as two separate missiles blasted in Serraj area of Tripoli in Libya on Tuesday.

Assistant Secretary of External Publicity Wing in Foreign Ministry Dayamayee Chakraborty issued a press release in this regard on Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as Jahangir Monir of Narsingdi district and Milon of Jessore district.

Bangladesh Embassy officials confirmed the deaths after visiting the hospital.

The bodies would be brought to Bangladesh as soon as possible, the news release said.

On July 30, two other Bangladeshis were killed Benghazi.
