20 feared dead in India train crash

DHAKA: 20 people are feared dead and 10 passengers were injured after an Express train rammed a stationary goods train near Khalilabad in Uttar Pradesh of India, reports the NDTV.

The incident took place this morning when the express train came on the same track near Churaid Railway Station, officials said. Six bogies derailed.

Rajnath Singh, who will be sworn in as part of the Narendra Modi cabinet today, tweeted his condolences for those who have been killed.
