DHAKA: A gun battle has erupted close to a Karachi air terminal one day after militants stormed Pakistan’s biggest and busiest airport, reports say.

Local media say gunmen have attacked a training camp of the airport security forces.

It is not clear if there are any casualties, reports the BBC.

It comes just one day after militants launched a gun and bomb attack on the cargo terminal of Karachi’s airport.

Flights have once again been suspended at the airport, officials say.
