DHAKA: Four people died in a plane crash at the Cuyahoga County Airport of Ohio in United States, according to police.
The crash happened near the intersection of Bishop Road and Curtiss Wright Parkway, near the Lake County-Cuyahoga County border.
Police said that a light aircraft went down shortly after takeoff at the airport, around 10:00pm Monday, reports wkyc.com.
Emergency crews blocked off Bishop Road and Curtiss Wright Parkway. People were asked to avoid the area.
It wan unclear where the plane was headed or where the people on the plane were from. The names of those on board were not immediately available.
The crash is under investigation.
In 2009, two people died when a single-engine plane crashed shortly after taking off from the Cuyahoga County Airport.
