India road crash kills 9

DHAKA: Nine people have been killed and 17 others injured in a bus accident at Nagaon in Assam, ndtv.com reports. 

The bus belonged to the Assam State Transport Corporation and was going from Lakhimpur district to the state capital of Guwahati.

The bus was reportedly speeding and had hit a culvert, which led to the accident.
