DHAKA: Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe said on Tuesday he would honour a promise of US$200 million in aid to countries affected by IS, after the group threatened to kill Japanese hostages.
‘This posture will not change at all,’ he told a Jerusalem news conference on the latest leg of a Middle East tour, reports The Straits Times.
‘The international community will not give in to terrorism and we have to make sure that we work together.’
