DHAKA: Tremors continued to rock Nepal following last month’s devastating earthquake as three aftershocks of over 4-magnitude were felt on Friday in central and northern parts of the country.
A 4 magnitude tremor was recorded at 8.30 am with its epicenter located in Gorkha district, according to the National Seismological Centre in Kathmandu, reports the Times of India.
Two other 4.2 magnitude tremors were recorded at 12.37am and 5.20am with epicenters at Dolakha and Dhading districts, the NSC said.
So far, 287 aftershocks of 4 or above magnitude have been recorded since the April 25 earthquake which killed nearly 9,000 people in the country.
