DHAKA: Ten armymen were killed during an ambush in Chandel district of India’s Manipur state Thursday morning.

Twelve others were injured in the attack, which is suspected to be carried out by unidentified militant group, police said, reports NDTV.

The 6 Dogra Convoy, coming from Motul towards Imphal, was ambushed around 8.30am on the day.
