At 9:04 am Friday, Modi tweeted: ‘Wishing the Congress Vice President, Shri Rahul Gandhi a Happy Birthday. I pray for his good health & long life.’
After many years, Rahul Gandhi will be in the national capital on his birthday and Congress workers have made elaborate arrangements to celebrate the occasion.
