DHAKA: A convoy belonging to security forces in Indian-administrated Kashmir has come under attack by unidentified gunmen.

Wednesday’s attack took place about 10km from the city of Udhampur, which houses a military base near the border with Pakistan.

At least three people have been killed in the attack, including two paramilitary personnel and one gunman.

Security forces were searching for the other gunmen involved, Al Jazeera’s Faiz Jamil, reporting from the Indian capital, said.
