250 slum dwellings gutted in Delhi Fire

DHAKA: At least 250 slum dwellings were destroyed in a fire in the early hours today in East Delhi's Mangolpuri area. No casualties have been reported.

The fire department received a call around 2 am about the blaze that also gutted a plastic godown, reports the NDTV.

28 fire tenders have been pressed into action.

The cause of the fire, which has been brought under control, is not known yet.
