RAJSHAHI: A Rajshahi court has sentenced death penalty to three people for killing a schoolboy Rabbi in Rajshahi’s Mohanpur upazila.

Judge Shirin Kabita Akhter of Rajshahi Speedy Trial Tribunal passed the order on Tuesday (Dec 19).

The seven accused in the case were present at court. After the verdict, they were taken to Rajshahi central jail.

Public prosecutor advocate Entazul Huq Babu moved for the state while Hamidul Huq moved for the accused in court.
