The Look: Smoky teal shadow that makes hazel eyes pop

The Tip:

Sweep teal shadow (like the one from the new mark. Island Eyes Palette that Lucy is wearing) all over lids, extending it to the outer corners of your crease.

Apply a mauve shadow (the one used on Lucy is also from mark. Island Eyes Palette) along the lower lash lines.

Line your upper lash lines and water lines with a navy eyeliner pencil.

Finish off with two coats of your favorite black mascara.
