DHAKA: Jaime King has become quite the expert at keeping her makeup photo-ready while juggling her busy schedule as a mom, actress, model, and entrepreneur.

King is mother to two adorable boys, James Knight Newman, 2, and Leo Thames Newman, 5 months, but she always manages to look amazing even while she’s running errands.

We had to find out her secrets and lucky for us, she told InStyle all of her quick tips for great makeup in just five minutes.

When we asked King if she learned any shortcuts since becoming a mother, she excitedly replied, ‘Are you kidding me, girl? I have like five minutes tops to get ready. That’s one of the reasons I wanted to make my makeup kit’.

Earlier in December, we announced that the former Hart of Dixie star was launching a makeup line, Jaime King for Colour Pop, and the collection, due out in spring of 2016, will eliminate the hassle and only include true essentials.

‘I don’t have time for a routine that is cluttered with so many different things,’ King continued.

‘First, you need a good golden neutral shadow to swipe over your eyes and another beautiful contour color for your creases.’

The 36-year-old suggests to skip finding the perfect brush for everything and diffuses the shadows naturally.

‘I like to use my finger for a fuss-free application,’ King, who also collaborated with Birchbox, confessed while adding another tip, ‘I’m all about one product that you can use on everything. Colour Pop makes an amazing blush that you can use on your lips, and once I throw that on, I’m out of the door’.

The stunning star also shared a bonus tip with us, ‘When I have an extra five minutes, I love to use the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Wiz. A trick that (makeup artist) Pat McGrath taught me is to lightly apply the product and just brush up, brush up, brush up. That’s the best way to do brows, and you’re out of the door, and done’.
