Scrubbing or exfoliating your lips is extremely essential. You can use a lip scrub to exfoliate your lips and make them softer and help lipstick last longer.
Moisturizing your lips is very essential to prevent it from chapping and drying out. Apply a lip balm or Vaseline 15 minutes before you apply lipstick. This helps fill in any cracks or fine lines and makes your lipstick slide evenly and remain long-lasting.

Remove the tissue and apply the final coat of your lipstick.
