A Chinese-flagged ship arrived at Mongla Port, transporting 26,620 tons of coal for the Rampal Thermal Power Plant in Bagerhat on early Saturday.

Khulna Khandaker Reazul Haque, assistant manager of Togi Shipping and Logistics Limited and the local agent for the MV Zhe Hai ship, confirmed the matter.

He said that the Chinese cargo ship named 'MV Zhe Hai' reached the 11th anchorage of the Pussur Channel, Harbaria, at around 5 am.

The ship had previously departed from Indonesia on May 21 and is currently undergoing unloading and transportation activities."
