Road Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said CNG filling stations across the country will remain open for 24 hours during Eid-Ul-Azha.

He said filling stations will remain open 24 hours for three days before and three days after during Eid holidays.

Obaidul Quader, also the general secretary of the ruling AL, made the remark during a seminar related to Eid journey at the BRTA meeting room in the capital. 

He also urged the authority concerned to take strict action against those who breach traffic rules and not to compromise with anyone who takes the wrong routes. 

"I am the minister, even if I choose the wrong root, take action against me," added the minister.
