So far, 88,792 Hajj pilgrims from Bangladesh have reached the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to perform Hajj this year, according to the Ministry of Religious Affairs.
Some 9,798 pilgrims reached KSA under government management while 78,994 others reached the country under private management.
Till date, 21 Hajj pilgrims including three women died in Mecca for different reasons.
The 27th bulletin of the Ministry of Religious Affairs revealed this information on Saturday (June 17).
There is information that some 23,805 Hajj pilgrims received treatment from the health centre of the KSA.
This year, 1, 27,198 Hajj pilgrims got the permission to go to Saudi Arabia. So far 1 lakh 15 thousand four pilgrim visas have been issued.
Holy Hajj will be held on June 27 this year subject to moon sighting.
