Slain journalist Golam Rabbani Nadim's murder case has been handed over to Jamalpur Detective Branch (DB) on Monday (June 20) for further investigation. 

Jamalpur Detective (DB) Police Officer-in-Charge (OC) Arman Ali confirmed the matter to Banglanews.

He said the case was handed over to the District Detective (DB) police yesterday.

He said a lot of progress has already been noted, and hopefully, "We can arrest the rest of the accused soon". 

Besides, the interrogation of the arrested accused is underway, he added.

Banglanews24.com Jamalpur district correspondent Nadim, 42, died on Thursday, a day after he was attacked and injured allegedly by some supporters of a chairman Babu in Bakshiganj.
